Domestic Goddess Or Traditional Mennonite Housewife?

I must be becoming a traditional Mennonite housewife. I am in the midst of freezing and canning. Last week I either froze or canned 93 pints of applesauce, 11 pints of peaches, 8 pints of green beans, a few pints of strawberries, and several pints of corn. This is only the begining as I have more beans corn and peaches waiting for me. The applesauce was done with the help of another traditional Mennonite housewife-my Mommy. Thanks Mom! I have also tried my hand at sewing I was recently given a sewing machine (thanks to Twila's current roomate from her old roomate for the machine, it works well) I made some summer dresses for the girls. Take notice the print on the dress from the second picture. It was choosen by Emma who exclaimed when she saw the material in the store "Mom, it would make the PERFECT dress!" How could I resist she was so excited aboutit. I can almost guarantee you she is the only little girl out there with a dinosaur dress!
